The reason is the model. We work in milestone-priced engagements with senior engagement leads who own outcomes and run cadence in your time zone. Our practices are vertical-specialized. The team that ships your AI build has already shipped three. We hand over real ownership: documentation, runbooks, and test coverage, so you're never hostage to a single vendor relationship.
